Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached (where applicable).

You can return one or more products respecting the following conditions:

  • You contact Luchi B Boutique within 5 days to notify of a return/exchange.  Contact details are below.  Luchi B will provide you with a Return Authorisation number.
  • Complete the Return Form that is supplied with your invoice.  This form must be correctly filled out and sent to Luchi B within 14 days from the date you received the parcel .
  • Use a delivery service of your choice to deliver the items you wish to return. The items to return must reach Luchi B within 14 days from the date the package was delivered to you. You are responsible for all associated delivery expenses.  Luchi B recommends that you choose a delivery service that allows you to trace it at any time. Please also ensure that all returned items are packaged safely and securely as we can not accept returns that have been damaged through transit.
  • Returned products must be sent to Luchi B in just one parcel. Luchi B reserves the right to refuse garments from the same order if they are sent back at different times.

By following, these simple conditions Luchi B will issue you a refund for the full price of the item purchased, less shipping costs.

If the returned or exchanged items do not meet the requirements above, Luchi B Boutique, can refuse to issue a refund.  You will incur additional shipping costs if the items need to be re-delivered to you

Please note that it takes approximately five business days from receipt of your return to process your refund.

After Luchi B receives, processes and confirms that your return item meets the Return Policy requirements, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your refund has been processed.

Once confirmed, the time necessary for your refund to show on the card will depend on the credit or debit card company's policies.

Please note that customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for exchanges.

Damaged/Mis-shipped Items
If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective products at our discretion.

If your chosen exchange item is not available, we will contact you in regards to your options of another item or a refund. If the wrong order has been shipped on our part, no re-delivery fee will be charged.
