Credit Cards
Luchi B accepts the following credit cards: Visa and Master Card.  All credit card holders are subject to various validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Defaulted Credit Cards
Customers whose credit cards are denied by the credit issuing company will be contacted by email to provide an alternate form of payment. Failure to arrange payment within 2 business days of our first notification will result in a forfeiture of their order.

Direct Deposit
Luchi B Boutqiue is happy to accept Direct Deposit payments from Australian Residents. Payment must be received by us within 3 working days of the order date; otherwise the order will be cancelled.  You can choose to make the payment via internet or telephone banking.  Alternatively, you can visit a local Commonwealth Branch to make a deposit over the counter. 

If you choose this option, Luchi B will notify you via email of the bank account details.

Please ensure that you use your order number, as a reference when making the payment.

Order Processing
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 6 PM AEST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders received after 6 PM AEST will be processed the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 6 PM AEST will begin processing on the following Monday. Luchi B will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

Once you receive the order confirmation e-mail, we verify that the items are in stock and prepare your parcel.

Delivery takes 1-3 days. Remember that the times indicated there consider only business days (Monday-Friday) and that delays may be incurred during public holidays.

Availability of Items 
Luchi B Boutique makes every effort to ensure that there is sufficient stock of items listed on our site.  At times, we can sell out of certain items.  If we are out of stock of a particular item, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be updated in your order.

Domestic Delivery
Luchi B Boutique charges a flat rate of AUD$10.00 for delivery all over Australia.

As our orders shipped via courier and require a 'Signature on Delivery', we highly recommend that you give a delivery address where you will be easy to find (where you work perhaps, indicating name/company/business/office and, if necessary the number or name on the doorbell, internal number, if there is a concierge or other information.)

NB. Only give this information if you are allowed to receive personal deliveries at your place of work.

International Delivery
At this stage, Luchi B only services residents of Australia.
