Why do I need to register?
You only need to register at Luchi B Boutique if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information.  If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.


How do I register?
Once you have finished shopping, you will presented with the option to log in if you are a returning customer, or create an account if you are a new customer.  Complete the details in this form and select submit.  You account is then created.

What if I forget my password?
If you ever forget your password, at the login stage, choose the option "Forgot your password".  You will be then prompted to enter your email address.  Your password will then be forwarded to this email address.


How do I change my password?
Once you log-in to your account, you may change your password by simply changing the password in the field.

 How can I pay for my order?
Luchi B accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Bankcard.  All credit card holders are subject to various validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Do you accept Direct Deposit? 
Yes, Luchi B will accept direct deposit for orders.  Payment must be received by us within 3 working days of the order date; otherwise the order will be cancelled.  You can choose to make the payment via internet or telephone banking.  Alternatively, you can visit a local Commonwealth Branch to make a deposit over the counter. If you choose this option, Luchi B will notify you via email of the bank account details. Please ensure that you use your order number, as a reference when making the payment.

Can I modify my order? 
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes to the order including cancellations.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will be notified by email.  When your order is ready to be delivered you will receive another order.  Once the order has been finalised, you will be advised of a tracking number, that you can use, if there are any delays with your order.  Please contact Luchi B if you have any concerns that your order has been delay.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service??
All Luchi B Boutique items are gift wrapped in pink tissue paper with a white ribbon.  If you would like to include a message, please ensure that you enter this information in the 'Customer Comments" field.  The staff at Luchi B will then include a simple gift tag on the gift.  The recipient will receive a blank invoice with the return/exchange form.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are available for purchase online. We offer gift certificates in the predetermined dollar amounts featured on our site. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. Gift certificates are delivered via mail or email.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?
To make a purchase using your gift certificate you must first register on our site. (see "how do I register"). At the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift certificate number in the field "Redeem your gift certificate". This will deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order total. If your gift certificate is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases.
